A: You will receive an email confirming that we have received your application; however, we will only place a phone call to applicants who are selected for an interview. Please allow 1-4 weeks to be contacted or to see a change in your application status in your profile.

Q: What is the interview process?

A: If the hiring manager is interested in interviewing you, a recruiter will then contact you and provide the necessary information to get you set up for the process.

Q: Who should I contact if I have any questions about a career opportunity?

A: If you have questions about a career opportunity, you can submit your question to careers@healthhelp.com. A member of our recruiting team will respond to your inquiry within a reasonable time frame based on the recruiting team’s workload.

Q: Why do recruiters need to know my preferred location and salary preference before submitting my resume?

A: Our recruiting team understands the challenges of searching for your next career opportunity. Our team also understands the need to manage time wisely. In the spirit of respect for everyone’s time and in an effort to avoid misaligning preference in location, working hours, and expectations of pay, our team assess fit for over all work and life balance based on direct and honest communication in the above areas.

Q: Am I able to submit a resume via mobile device?

A: Yes, you are able to submit your resume using a mobile device.

Q: I cannot upload my resume. What should I do?

A: If you are unable to upload your resume, it may be because the resume is not in the correct format. Try saving the resume as a Word document and upload again. If the problem persists, please follow the online steps to build your resume using our tools.

Q: Can I apply in person?

A: We only accept resumes/applications that have been submitted online to our career portal.

Q: I did not find a job that matches my interests. How can I stay informed of future openings?

A: If there is not a career opportunity that suits your interests or qualifications at the current time, you are encouraged to submit your resume or create a Job Agent. A recruiter will review your resume for future openings and contact you if a position is available that fits your skills and qualifications.
